In 2010, Ronnies Motors moved to the new facility in Beacon Bay, which houses all the Passenger Vehicle Sales, Service and Parts divisions of Ronnies Motors. The Mercedes-Benz brand features a cool and spacious showroom which reflects the class and professionalism of the brand. The showroom is serviced by an independently run Bistro which provides customers, who choose to wait for their vehicles to be serviced, with a place to sit and relax or work while enjoying a cup of coffee or a light snack. The bistro acts as a link between the showrooms and service reception area, enabling customers to walk freely from one to the other to view our new vehicles on display. To ensure the experience of servicing your vehicle is more congenial, we have an active 3 lane reception area. Should you require parts for a vehicle, the Parts Department is ideally situated directly opposite the Service Reception area where Parts Salesmen wait to assist you. The Certified Pre-Owned division, housed under the same roof, has a range of quality, low mileage Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Help is on hand to assist you in finding the perfect Pre-Owned vehicle to suit your comfort and style. Our Mitsubishi division is located on the same premises with its own showroom, perfectly suited to the brand. Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge, as well as our newly acquired brands, Fiat and Alfa, are housed adjacent to the Mercedes-Benz building. Recently built, this building offers a two-level showroom to ensure that all models can be on display at all times. Commercial Vehicle Sales, Parts and Service departments are located at 3 Napier Road, West Bank, which underwent extensive renovations in 2013 to ensure service excellence across all Ronnies Motors’ dealerships. Next door to the Commercial Department is where our state of the art, Mercedes-Benz approved Bodyshop resides. The Bodyshop has a K & A Smart quality system in place and is RMI Sambra graded, providing a top quality service to East London and surrounding areas, with well trained staff to assist our customers.
